In some cases, the client may benefit from a moment-to-moment awareness experience which quiets the mind and centers the spirit. I coach the client to achieve this state where awareness and appreciation of the present moment is possible. In addition, relief from pain and other distractions which keep the client from a balanced centered state has been reported. Mindful Meditation is recommended for clients who report a racing mind and stress related issues. It is also possible in a group setting.

I design and implement Professional Development and Organizational Learning Programs including the introduction of new initiatives and protocols, a mission statement, and organizational restructuring which effect significant changes in the culture of the organization.
I conduct research for the purpose of identifying pertinent literature which will enhance the design and success of an organizational program deemed valuable for the company.
